I replaced a HP301XL black cartridge but it refuses to print - error message.
If the previous black cartridge is put back in place, no error message.
If no black cartridge is put in place, still possible to print with the color cartridge.
if the faulty black cartridge is put in place again, error message.
I went through all the steps of the virtual agent without success.
How is it possible to get in touch with a real person of HP support for refund?
I am located in Belgium, cartridge purchased earlier today.
Update of the topic. I bought another HP301XL black cartridge with another expiry date, that worked immediately.
The faulty cartridge is the following :
Made in Malaysia
Warranty ends Oct 2022
