I've recently bought this printer (HP envy pro 6400) and printed some photo print test and in all the test printed on photo paper the black always seem to be blueish or the image appear over saturated using hp real life on.
The print is using the first cardiges out-of-the-box and there aren't a lot of options.
I've tested the picture over the same image printed from an old hp officejet 6700 that unfortunately broken due to printhead issue but the quality is uncomparable.
All the images are printed from hp smart photo print

Welcome to the HP support community.
Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
Meanwhile:-
Run a Print Quality Diagnostic report
-
Load plain white paper in the tray.
-
Print the report.
-
On the printer, open the Settings
or Setup menu, touch Tools or Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report or similar.
-
If that does not print fine, Run the automated printhead or ink cartridge cleaning tool
Clean the printhead and cartridges to resolve print quality issues including incorrect colors, streaks, and faded prints.
-
Load plain white paper in the tray.
-
Run the cleaning tool.
-
On the printer, open the Settings or Setup menu, touch Tools or Printer Maintenance, and then touch Clean Printhead or Clean Cartridges.
-
