I installed a new cartridge 63XL (genuine HP). It was working and now get error message that I cannot print. 

Tried shutting down, reinstall cartridge, cleaned cartridge, cleaned printer and still receive the same error message.

  • Could you please share the picture of the error message? 
  • Have you tried updating the printer firmware? Click here
