I bought a new black Cartridge from a rightful retailer and insert it correctly. However, it just shows low ink level like the previous one. Is the printer recognize the wrong Cartridge? How do I fix it without buying a new one. It is almost out of stock everywhere in this moment.

@MTP48, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
- Re-insert the ink cartridges.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
