Product: HP OfficeJet 3833 All-in-One Printer

Hi.

I was printing when the printer asked for a new black ink cartridge. Since I have Instant Ink, I took the black cartridge HP sent me one month ago and replaced the one was in. The new one is a 63/302 65/304, so bigger than the 65/304 (only) I had before. All ok, the printer recognized the cartridge but when I print (test page and other pages of mine), the black doesn't appear. Since I was using Manjaro Linux, I rebooted in Windows 11, but the things got worse! Now also the color cartridge is not working! And it's half full, as the printer stats say! I was printing with no problems before I changed the black cartridge!

The last fee seems paied regularly, so I don't know what happened.

Can you help me?
