HP Recommended
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I purchased an original HP Cartridge 410A on Amazon and it was defective. I installed it and it does not work. Reports 100% but does not print that color. Ran through the diagnostics and it still does not work. Bought another one from same supplier and it worked fine. I need to replace this one for future use. How do I do this?  Amazon refers me to HP. They will not take it back. Any help would be appreciated.
