I needed a new printer urgently because my older HP was playing up. The printer arrived the next day from Amazon (well done) and within a few prints, it said the color ink was out. Instant ink says it has sent ink that will be with me in up to 10 days. I tried transferring a full ink from my old printer (same ink). The printer hung up until I replaced the original empty cartridge. I have been working on printer problems all day due to issues with HP installation and my experience has been terrible. This includes trying to get support, verifying telephone numbers, describing issues and all only to be told in the middle of the day that the support service is unavailable.
My question; Is HP now totally run by AI or is there a human being out there somewhere? I wasted a day of my life on this. Pathetic support and a terrible process for something as simple as upgrading a printer? Hours after Instant Ink had recognized the printer, HP Smart had not. And so it went on. When I did get it working the brand-new cartridge ran out of ink after a few trial prints! Now I have no printer.
