New Router- Can't Print from Mac Laptop

Hi,

I just got a new router.  Now my Mac will not connect to my HP Printer. I've tried just about everything. Unplugged all things, reset the printer...

I use it wirelessly.  It is not showing up in Bluetooth. 

Any clues on what to do?

What is your HP printer model? this will help much guiding your further.

What exact behavior or error returns when you try printing?

Please provide some more detailed information, so additional guidance could be provided.

Hi Shlomi,

Thank you for your help. My printer is HP LaserJet Pro M118dw.

It has had a few messages: Printer is offine, can't find printer.

Did you configured the printer to the new router and can see the wireless light solid lits?

If it blinks, press and hold the wireless button for about 20 seconds, as soon as both the Attention and Power lights blink release it and allow the printer to restart.

On your computer, open the HP Smart app, and then click the Plus sign 

Follow the on-screen prompts to add your printer or set up a new printer.

When prompted, type the WEP or WPA key (network password).

If you do not know your network password, go to Find Your Wireless WEP, WPA, WPA2 Password.

After the printer connects to your wireless network, click Continue, and then click Exit Setup.

Once the printer connects to the wireless network, the blue Wireless light on the control panel turns on solid.

Hi Shlomi,

I did all of these steps and it still says it cannot locate my printer.

I am getting really frustrated, as I need to print some important documents. 

It shouldn't be this hard.

TV works, Canon printer works (although I unplugged it to try and solve this), all computers and devices work. Just not this printer.
