Product: Samsung M2070 Multifunction Xpress
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

New Samsung toner cartridge is not producing crisp copies. Half of page is very faint.  Laser M2070 is about six years old.  No problems with previous cartridge.

Defective toner cartridge, it happens, ask a seller for a replacement.
