Product: HP deskjet 2632

I just installed a compatible black ink cartridge in my deskjet 2632. It still prints colour from original cartridges, but will not print the black, meaning my document has black text missing.

THank you. I needed to print urgently and suddenly realised hubby had failed to remove the plastic tab. I did and it worked.
