Hi There,
Installed a brand new Black 64XL cartridge into my printer (HP Envy Photo 7855) and I continue to get an error message about the cartridge not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists, please replace the printer.
I have tried all the trouble shooting steps including rebooting the printer and gently cleaining the contacts. How can i go about getting a replacement cartridge? The previous cartridge was working
