Hello:
I tried to access my private message but was denied access to it. Please assist. Thank you.
Same with me. Who are you trying to contact??? All of us with this issue? Only one of us (posting on the support blog doesn't make sense then).
I keep getting emails telling me that there is a HP Community Support Update but all I see are postings by other frustrated and dissatisfied HP Customers with NO HP Support in the content.
Either HP Support is incompetent or just a distraction for disgruntled Customers.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
- Are you sure this is an HP genuine ink cartridge?
- Validate this by clicking here - HP Anti-Counterfeit and Fraud (ACF) Program
If this is a genuine HP ink cartridge, I would need some information related to the ink cartridges and the printer which cannot be shared on a public post for security reasons.
I have sent you a private message, reply to the message with the required details.

This is unreal.. i have 3 952xl cartriges that cost me alot of money and I get the same error saying it is a old cartridges.. are you kidding me?? I had no problems with this before... this is a scam by HP. Now I have cartridges that are rendered useless overnight by HP??
This is absolutely ridiculous as i have to print out soo many documents today just to wake up to this??
I will boycott everything HP from now on.. I will never buy a product from HP if this is the case..
How do you resolve this from your company??
Will you refund my cost of the HP genuine cartridges I had bought to use in your printer?

Okay, I used my Smartphone QR App to read the code on the ink cartridge and it did not take me anywhere.
However, I bought 2 HP 952XL cartridges at the same time (same place) and the date codes are only a month apart. The first one was accepted as being genuine and ran out of ink a couple months ago. The new one also is accepted as genuine but tells me that it has expire.
If you are concerned that the second one is counterfeit, why would the counterfeiter be able to have the cartridge accepted as genuine but add an expiration date???

Forget about replying to me.
This is a waste of time.
My simple solution is to purchase an EPSON Ecotank All-in-One printer and do away with your cartridge tyranny for good.
My last HP 8000 series printer had issues and HP Support gave me a number of things to try and finally told me that it must be the cartridges. I bought all 4 new cartridges directly from HP for ~$100 and installed them and the printer still did not work properly (mind you that I may have gone through only 1 ream of paper on the printer, if that). Since the cartridges were installed they could not be resold and I wasted $100 after taking the advise of HP Support.
I have been a HP printer customer for over 30 years. No more!
