Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

I have moved from The Netherlands to Vietnam and have bought this printer just before the move.

After 5 months the cartridges were empty and these aren't available in Vietnam.

So I have ordered two 305XL cartridges with 123inkt.nl in The Netherlands. However, these are giving a E0 error now.

I tried to reset the printer by shutting it off multiple times, including taking the power plug out. I tried to clean the printer strips etc. Nothing helps. Does anyone have any other solutions?
