Office Jet Pro 8028 - new cyan cartridge is not printing. Did three-level print head cleaning three times; didn’t work. Got a 2nd new cartridge, thinking first was defective, but still nothing. Made sure contacts were clear; nope. Can you please help?

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your region for service options
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
