DeskJet 3760

I bought a new hp DeskJet 3760 about 20 days ago.

It arrived in a perfect condition and it worked perfectly.

But, unfortunately, after a few days (6-7-8) at a certain point the quality of the printing has totally changed.

There are problems only with the black ink.

The colours are ok.

We already tried the printer head cleaning (at least 10 times).

We tried to align the headers several times.

We tried to change the black ink cartridge.

But nothing has changed...

 

Should I ask for a substitution of the printer?

Does this happen while copying also?
