I'm trying to setup a new HP  LaserJet M12w printer. The installation went fine and the docs I try tp print get sent to the queue but nothing prints. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, switching on and off, setting up as both a wireless and USB connection. The triangle with the i in it on the printer continues to blink. I believe it may be an issue with the printer cartridge. It's a brand new cartridge and it appears to be inserting fine into the printer but it doesn't seem to click in place. Should it? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. 

When I run the printer repair software from HP it tells me to install the black cartridge. As mentioned the ink cartridge slides into the printer but it doesn't seem to lock in place. Is there a way to troublshoot this issue?
