My brand new ink cartridge won't work. I have bought at same store without any issues, and this one won't work. How do I contact HP to have them replace my ink cartridge?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    Note:HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
