We recently purchased a new HP officejet 4650 and new ink cartridges from Amazon. We finally got to attempting to use it after about 2 months. The printer only prints in blue and some faded black smudges. We have executed the printhead cleaning, alignment and smudge programs several times with no change in print quality. The test print pages only show the blue lines and some black smudges. We need to know how to get this printer working correctly.

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for replacement
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
