Product: HP DeskJet 4158e All-in-One Printer

Recently purchased DeskJet 4158e. Both cartridges are brand new. When I print I get a blank page but no error messages. I tried printing, color and black and white with same results What could be the problem?

Try updating the Firmware by selecting the current OS.
