I just set up my new Envy Inspire 7255e and the ink isn't printing on the paper.  What can I do to test or check why it will not print?

Hi @Jam4188 

 

1.  Check that when installing cartridges the protection orange Tape was removed from each cartridge.

2. Use HP Smart to send a clean cartridge page to check if the printer is working.
