Product: HP DeskJet GT 5821
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am located in Bangalore India. I created a ticket for my printer servicing a week ago however I don't see anyone from the support team reached out to me till now. I personally tried to Reach Out to TVS Electronic at [content removed] however none of the number is working. When I checked with Customer Support, they shared a no with me [content removed} and he doesn't even bother to attend to me.

 

I see the ticket was closed this morning without having any resolution added or any information for the customer. Could you please advise or let me know what should be NEXT for me.
