I bought this printer almost a year ago, and never needed it until now.
I finally got it setup and i keep getting the error about Setup Cartridges required...
I do not have those, I went to Office Depot and bought some brand new ones, and now they will not work... what kind of scam are you guys running here?
I need this printer to work ASAP, this is an absolute nightmare, i relied so much on this working, and now I'm fixing to throw this **bleep** thing out the door... there has got to be a way to bypass this so i can USE MY PRINTER.

I'd like to help!
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error and see if that helps.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
