I'm getting streaky prints, but have full ink and have cleaned the print heads to the third deep clean level. The app recommends that I align the printheads, but I don't have the option to select 'align printer' in my HP app's Print Quality tools. Only cleaning the printheads. I used to be able to click on it, but it's dissappeared. (Was previously to the left of 'Clean Printheads') I tried chatting with a virtual assistant but that lead me nowhere. And I'm unable to talk to a human. Any help would be very appreciated!

I understand you need to align the printer. Are you using the HP Smart app?
Which version of the HP Smart app are you using?
Go to HP Smart>About HP Smart. (The current version is 13.5.0)
Make sure the app is up to date. Check for updates in the App Store.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Alignment errors
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
