No black ink printing

I've recently notice that when I print, it doesn't use black ink, it still has a little bit on the cartridge, using only color ink, I've checked on my printing features on word and excel, but not even that fixes the issue, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, but not even that fixed the issue, i also printed a test print but the same problem persist, no black ink printing, please help me, thank you.
