I understand your HP DeskJet 4155e is not printing in colour. There are several steps you can take to diagnose and resolve the issue:
 

Check Ink Levels:
 

  • Ensure that your color ink cartridge has sufficient ink. If it's low or empty, replace it with a new one.

Use Genuine HP Cartridges:
 

  • Verify that you are using genuine HP ink cartridges, as third-party cartridges can sometimes cause issues.

Printer Settings:
 

  • Open the print settings on your computer and ensure that the option for color printing is selected. Sometimes, the printer might default to grayscale or black and white printing.
  • Check the print job settings to ensure color options are enabled.

Perform a Test Print:
 

  • Run a print test through your printer’s settings to see if the problem persists. This can help determine whether the issue is with the printer itself or the documents being printed.

Clean Printhead:
 

  • Use the printer software to clean the printhead. This option can be found in the printer properties or settings. Cleaning the printhead can often resolve issues with missing colors.

Update Printer Drivers:
 

  • Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Support Page to download the latest drivers for your DeskJet 4155e.

Run Printer Diagnostics:
