Product: HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer - E910a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Officejet 7500A and have no colour only black. All new HP ink cartridges and a new print head but still can realign the heads. Any help would be much appreciated.

Please select GreyScale OFF under printer properties when print.

Hi there,

Thankyou for your reply,

The greyscale is off. I'm unable to run realignment as it always fails as well as only printing in black.

Any help you can offer is much appreciated.
