In settings / printer I've selected Greyscale, in the Advanced settings I've selected Greyscale but the printer won't print in colour. Monochrome is not selected in any box anywhere on the printer. Test Print prints in colour.
Where am I going wrong? Cartridge is working, but printer will only print in black.
Would it have been too difficult to have a colour option for a colour printer?
Please can someone help me to work out why this printer doesn't print in colour?
Thank you

Hi,
Grayscale printing means black and white (Monochrome) printing using both color and black ink to achieve monochrome values, the expected results would be black and white printing.
Black Ink only means to print black & white (Monochrome) using the black ink only, meaning in lower quality.
If you would like color printing you would need to disable Grayscale printing by selecting Off as its value
Please also select Settings > System & Security > Windows Update > Advanced and look for any optional driver update of HP, if you see any update there try install it to deny any corrupted printer driver.
