After replacing the cyan ink cartridge due to low level, no cyan gets through the printer. When trying to adjust the printer heads I get the message "The adjustment was unsuccessful. Please see the handbook". I have also tried to clean the printer heads without success. I removed the cartridges to check the status of the connector and noticed a larger patch of ink on the cyan connector than on the others, indicating some leakage.
My next step would be to order a new printer head, which I did exchange a couple of years ago. Can I be sure that this is my problem once more?

Hi @LarsR1,
I'd like to help!
This seems like a printhead issue, I'd suggest you contact HP support in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
