Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I just open brand new box HP Envy 7800 All in One Printer, but there were no ink cartridges anywhere.  I was told by the salesperson that there were cartridges in the box.  Please help.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Usually, the cartridges will be at the bottom of the box or on the tray. Kindly check. If not available, kindly contact the store you purchased the printer from.
