HP Ink Tank Wireless 415

My Ink Tank Wireless 415 was not used for several months and it was disconnected from power during the time. Now when trying to print again only magenta is being printed. I have tried head cleaning from the HP smart software several times. I removed the print heads and manually very carefully wiped the print head nozzles with damp cloth. No improvement. After closer inspection I noticed that there is air in the hoses connecting the ink tank to the print head. I'm guessing priming the ink system like it is done during initial setup would help. How can I do that? The printer has been used very little. Less than 400 pages and all the ink levels are almost full.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This seems like a hardware issue with the printer.
If you have already performed the steps from the document: https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c05627782 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
