I tried using my Officejet 200 after some time, and found that nothing in black would print. It looks like it would print, but nothing shows on the page. The printer status showed the cartridge had some ink.
I tried cleaning and aligning the heads several times - same issue.
I installed another ink cartridge - the same thing. And I tried aligning/cleaning several times, which didn't help.
Any ideas of what I might try? I saw that the new cartridge I installed is technically expired, but I don't think this the issue. The color cartridge (also old) looks fine, and the printer says the cartridge is full of ink.
The printer is out of warranty, so any ideas of what I might try myself would be appreciated!

@jsmyt, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer is not printing in black. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
Use HP inks.
If the issue persists with 2 different black ink cartridges, I'm afraid this is an issue with the printer.
