HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-in-One Printer

I am printing out pages and it is barely printing with ink

very faded

I ran all printer maintenance tests that are shown on printer 

I havent received any ink for a very long time. is there an issue with the printer or does the ink need to be replaced. the last shipment I received was back in 2024 and im unable to request more ink on the site

 

If anyone can help on what I should do, please let me know.

I'd like to help you with your Instant Ink issue.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this. 

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
