HP Recommended

So I just bought a used printer with no setup cartridges. I bought the ink that belongs to the printer I just can't get past the setup because I need the setup cartridges. I looked into this issue but I seem to have a problem where I dont have the option to "Reset OOBE" due to that option not being in any of the support menus on my printer. I Have A HP Envy  5055. Thanks for any help.
