I have an error message: “Non-HP chip detected”. I’m using HP cartridge, already reset it but still not work.

Install the latest firmware: if available for your printer and the current OS. Click here Be sure to read the instructions.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue seems to persist even after attempting the troubleshooting steps mentioned above.

 

This might require one-on-one interaction via remote assistance to fix the issue over the phone.
