Product: HP Deskjet 2734e

Hi all,

I have a HP Deskjet 2734e that is enrolled with Instant Ink.

I installed the printer with the two cartridges that came with the printer. 

When I check on HPSmart, the following shows - 

 

Black Cartridge : Non HP Instant Ink cartridge installed

Color Cartridge : HP Instant Ink cartridge installed

 

I don't see any reason why the color cartridge is registered as an Instant Ink cartridge, and the black is not as they both came with the printer.  Additionally, pages that have color in them have been counted towards the monthly amount, which should not as I am still using non-Instant Ink cartridges.
