I have a message "Noncompatible cartridge, the cartridges are not meant to be used with this printer." I have changed region to Slovenia with (Full_Webpack-118-DJ3540_Full_Webpack) firmware and Have the right original cartridges (650) .

I cant get in contact with costumer support because hp webpage doesn't accept my product number 😞 .

I think that I need someone with hp support tools to manually change the region because have a old board that got toasted and have replaced it with an used one.

Verify Cartridges: Ensure that you are using original HP cartridges that are compatible with your printer model (650 cartridges for your region).


Reinstall Firmware:
 

  • Ensure that the firmware you installed Official HP® Support is specifically suitable for your printer model series and region.
     
  • Sometimes, reinstalling the firmware might help in resolving region-specific errors.


Printer Reset:
 

  • Try resetting your printer to its default settings. Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, wait for a minute, then plug it back in and turn on the printer.


Check Printer Settings:
 

  • Access the printer settings via your computer to ensure the region settings are correctly configured for Slovenia.

Hi jerry thanks for help, 

I did all you said,  and it still doesn't recognize them as right ones, they are original .

Can you help me to get in contact with hp support , this is most likely the issue because I got the replacement board from china. 

 

When I try to contact the support I have to type the product number (ime izdelka) after serial number and after I type product number that is on the sticker it tells me it is incorrect. Is there any other way to get in contact or can you help me find product number (IME IZDELKA) ?
