Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own 3 HP printers.  I normally purchase the "X" printers which have higher capacity printing toner.  I purchase the 83X for this printer and it doesn't fiit.  I think HP should replace my cartridge because of this confusion.

The 83X is not supported in M127 

 

You can find the list of compatible printers that can use 83X on hp.com
