Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 419
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With the original black color ink bottle, I am not able to refill ink tank. I follow the procedure specified in the following link:

Ink is not flowing/draining down to the tank, but spills over though I follow the same procedure. I didn't face this problem earlier when I was refilling, but now. 

 

The only difference is that I was out of station for couple of months and so did not use the printer during this period. Please suggest the way out.
