Hi I am trying to print paper but I am not available. I keep getting messages saying “The printer email address is not available at this time”.
I have also tried pushing the information button and cancel button with no luck. Please help as I don’t know what to do now

HI @Velasqueca,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you’re receiving a message saying “The printer email address is not available at this time,” it may be related to HP's ePrint feature or a connectivity issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Check Internet Connection
- Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet. If you have a Wi-Fi printer, check the Wi-Fi signal strength and confirm it's connected to your home network.
2. Restart Printer and Router
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
- After the router is back online, plug in your printer and turn it on.
3. Verify Printer Email Address
- If you’re using the ePrint feature, verify that your printer has an assigned email address:
- Access the printer’s control panel and go to the ePrint settings to check or refresh the email address.
4. Check Printer Settings
- Make sure ePrint is enabled on your printer:
- Access the printer’s control panel, go to Settings or Network, and ensure ePrint is turned on.
5. Update Printer Firmware
- Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up to date:
- Check the HP website or the printer settings to see if there are any available updates.
6. Run Printer Diagnostics
- Use the printer’s built-in diagnostic tools (if available) to troubleshoot the network connection.
7. Check HP Account
- Ensure that your HP account is active and in good standing. Sometimes, account issues can affect ePrint functionality.
8. Reset Network Settings
- If the problem persists, you may need to reset the network settings on the printer:
- Refer to the printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
