HP Inktank wireless 410
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Inktank wireless 410 is not able to print using Blue and Yellow inks. It is printing Magenta and black just fine. I have tried clean and level 2 cleaning several times, but still those two colors are not working.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not printing blue and yellow color.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Hi All,

 

To give an update, I called the local hp service center and they suggested I replace the print heads. The issue was resolved as soon as I replaced those print heads.

 

PS : Please print atleast 1 page per week to avoid the issue that I had got.
