When trying to print a page of text the bottom half of only some of the lines of text are missing (and always the same lines when printing the same document - approximately every 3rd or 4th line) I have tried using the software to diagnose and fix any issues, cleaning and aligning print heads all without much improvement. The black ink cartridge is almost full and whilst the colour one is lower, it has been assessed as sufficient by the self-diagnosis software.
I have also tried uninstalling the drivers and removing the device, restarting the PC and reinstalling the drivers with no change in the outcome
Can anyone suggest a solution? All the software is up-to-date as far as I am aware.
