HP Recommended

I have an hp 2800 printer. Brought sept  24.

Not used a lot but now not printing in black ink. 

Fine in colour. 

Have tried cleaning the heads but nothing .

Its saying the ink cartridge is full.

Black ink dried inside the cartridge, you will need to install new ink cartridge.
