Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I print a document/picture from this computer it will only print black and white on my HP Ink Jet

However if I send the same document/picture from another device (tablet or computer) it will print in color

Make sure the computer knows this is a color device. I have seen issues with the driver failing to detect properly on install. On your computer go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on your printer icon and select "printer properties" from the middle of the drop down menu. Then go to device settings and scroll down till you find device type and if it is not set to color, change it. As below:
