Hi @Toniac,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your printer is not printing when you send print jobs from your computer or phone, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Check Printer Connectivity:

  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, check that it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or phone.
  • If it's a USB-connected printer, make sure the USB cable is securely plugged into both the printer and your computer.

2. Check Printer Status:

  • Make sure there are no error messages or warnings displayed on the printer's control panel. Resolve any issues indicated by the printer, such as paper jams, low ink levels, or offline status.

3. Restart Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 60 seconds. Then, plug it back in and turn it on again. This can sometimes resolve minor software glitches.

4. Check Print Queue:

  • On your computer or phone, check the print queue to see if there are any pending print jobs. If there are, try cancelling them and sending a new print job to see if it goes through.

5. Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer or phone. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing issues. Visit the HP website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.

6. Restart Computer/Phone:

  • If you're printing from a computer or phone, try restarting the device to see if that resolves the issue.

7. Test Print:

  • Print a test page directly from the printer's control panel (if available). This can help determine if the issue is with the printer itself or with the connection from your computer or phone.

8. Reset Printer Network Settings:

  • If you're using a wireless printer, try resetting the printer's network settings to factory defaults and reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
