Tango

I have an HP Tango. Previously printed fine. No error messages. No out of ink messages. Ink level indicator on my mobile app are fine. But, when I select a document to print, only a very light boarder on each page prints. Nothing from the actual document prints.

I see that you're experiencing print quality issues on the printer, since you have not mentioned the Operating System installed, I'd recommend you refer to the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues to isolate and resolve the issue.

The issue was the ink cartridge.  HP needs to upgrade their consumer mobile app. For months the HP App was telling me I had plenty of ink and not enough pages had been printed for a new ink cartridge to be shipped to me. I replaced the black ink cartridge and now the printer works fine.  HP’s Mobile App to determine if an ink cartridge replacement should be sent to the Customer is terrible.  It’s wholly inaccurate.  If HP continues to charge me $2.99 per month for ink cartridge replacement service then HP needs to just send a new cartridge every month. Instead, HP charges $2.99 per month and doesn’t anything to the Customer.  Just send the ink monthly so your Customers don’t need to deal with printing issues.
