Nothing on prints

Hi I’m having an issue that whenever I print it just prints a blank page. My ink levels seem to be ok, at least the black still has 50% left. I’ve tried using the maintenance tools (the align and clean printer head) but no luck. Any thoughts on what I should try next?

Replace cartridges, ink dried inside.

Almost the same issue — very light printing.  Laser Cartridges show as full.  Have not been used for 5 months.   Had removed from the printer and wrapped in damp towel in sealed vacuum bag.  That worked last year, but now there’s a problem.   Any guidance appreciated.
