It took three hours on the phone to HP to install this printer. Now it routinely gives me issues. It is saying my printer cartridge is not installed correctly after it has been printing for several months - just out of nowhere! I reset the printer, updated the software and NOTHING. I want to order a new printer cartridge and the website WON'T LET ME ORDER A NEW CARTRIDGE. It says I can't order more cartridges until I fix the cartridge issue (even though their own troubleshooting page says that REPLACING THE CARTRIDGE IS HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE. HP IS SO BACKWARDS!!!! They claim to have "plug and play" printers but its not true, these printers suck your money and your time away and the last thing they are is plug and play. Who designs these things???? NOTHING works as it should. I can't even post this question - I am getting an error on this thread!!! AMAZING. "Post flooding detected (community received posts of a unique message more than 1 times within 3,600 seconds)" What does that even mean??????????? WOW, more evidence of what I just described!
