OFFICE JET PRO 8710  HOW CAN I MAKE IT PRNT DARKER?  MY SCANNED IMAGES ARE TOO LIGHT AND I CAN'T CHANGE THEIR INTENSITY

Thank you, Sandy, for responding to me:

 

I was copying a scanned restaurant menu and needed to print it out with a darker tone.

 

I WAS ABLE TO GOOGLE THE PROBLEM AND REALIZED THE SIMPLE SOLUTION.

 

I simply had to touch "COPY" and find the settings for "darker" and chose level 8 after level 9 was too intense.

 

The last time I did this was about 7 years ago, and I had forgotten where to find that "darker"  scale!
