I understand your printer is not printing colors correctly, especially blue, even after replacing all cartridges and running multiple cleanings. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.
Print a print quality diagnostic page
Print the diagnostic or test page directly from the printer control panel.
Check whether the blue/cyan block is missing, streaked, or faded to confirm ink delivery failure.
Avoid further repeated cleanings
Running many clean cycles in a short time can actually make ink flow worse.
Stop cleaning for now and allow the printer to sit powered on for 30–60 minutes.
Reseat all cartridges again
Remove all cartridges and reinstall them one at a time until each clicks firmly into place.
Make sure the cartridge access door closes fully before testing.
Check cartridge vents carefully
Remove the blue (cyan) cartridge and inspect the small vent area.
Ensure it is not blocked by tape, dried ink, or residue, as this stops ink from flowing.
Perform a power reset
With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the rear of the printer and the wall outlet.
Wait 60 seconds, plug it directly into a wall outlet, and turn the printer back on.
Print a color-heavy page
Print a page with large solid blue or full-color graphics, not text only.
This helps prime the ink system if the channel is partially blocked.
Check paper type and print settings
Confirm plain paper is selected when using normal paper.
Incorrect paper type settings can cause weak or incorrect color output.
Inspect for printhead failure
If multiple new cartridges do not restore blue output and cleaning does not help, the cyan channel in the printhead is likely clogged or failing.
This is common on printers that have been unused for a period or are several years old.
Let the printer rest and retest
Leave the printer powered on but idle overnight.
Print the diagnostic page again the next day to see if color improves.
I hope this helps.
