Has anyone run into an issue with their printer no longer printing cyan or light cyan.  I have cleaned the printer heads several times & done an alighnment & still cannot get the two missing colors to show up.  Any suggestions?

If you're facing issues with missing cyan and light cyan colors on your HP OfficeJet 5255 All-In-One Printer, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the cyan and light cyan ink cartridges have sufficient ink levels. You can check the ink levels through the printer software on your computer or directly on the printer's display panel.

Replace Ink Cartridges: If the ink levels are low or the cartridges are old, consider replacing the cyan and light cyan ink cartridges with new ones.

Clean Printheads: You mentioned that you've already cleaned the printheads, but you may want to try the process again. Follow the printer's manual or on-screen instructions for cleaning the printheads. This process might need to be repeated a few times to achieve the desired results.

Run Print Quality Diagnostic Tests: Most printers come with a diagnostic tool that allows you to check the print quality and identify any issues. Use the printer software on your computer to run print-quality diagnostic tests. This can help you pinpoint the specific problem.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure that your printer drivers are up-to-date. Visit the official HP website, locate your printer model, and download the latest drivers for Windows 11.
